EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, ANCOTE offers the option to return items for exchange or refund within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. 
Items to be returned must not have been worn, used, damaged, and must still have all original tags and security seals intact.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN 
To send one or more returns to ANCOTE, the customer is required to comply with precise conditions:

  • The customer must fill out the appropriate Return Form that can be downloaded from the following link and send it to [email protected]
  • The return must be addressed to: ANCOTE s.r.l. - Via Don Peppino Brusadelli 41, 22100, Como (CO) - Italy.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • ANCOTE reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return.
  • The garments must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer and must be properly wrapped and packaged. 
  • The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
  • Footwear should be returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product, with the soles in perfect condition with no marks of any kind.
  • The safety thread on the items being returned must not be cut or broken, and the product must have all original tags and any dust bags.
  • Returns must be shipped inside the ANCOTE box. In the absence of our box, other suitable packaging may be used to ship the items. 
  • In the 'event that the customer receives merchandise with manufacturing defects, the customer is encouraged to contact [email protected] immediately. ANCOTE reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return and bear the cost of shipping for the return of the goods.
  • In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised only by the customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift.
  • Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.

All returned items will be subject to inspection by our staff. Upon failure to comply with any of the above conditions ANCOTE reserves the right not to accept the returned merchandise and to return it to the customer at the customer's expense.

REFUND
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the customer will receive an email that the return has been accepted.

Please note that the refund is issued only for the amount of the items, shipping costs are always borne by the customer. 

For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 business days. The timing of the credit may vary depending on the banking circuit of the Credit Card used.
For orders paid by Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
Customs charges and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
Refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
