SHIPPING

All properly completed and paid orders will be processed within two business days.

All shipments depart from ANCOTE Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Tuesday.

ANCOTE ships worldwide via DHL EXPRESS.

We do not ship to PO boxes.
All our products are carefully packaged. ANCOTE will include an invoice with the shipment, detailing prices and discounts.

SHIPPING COSTS
The following are the estimated shipping costs for each geographic area:

Italy €10 - Free shipping for orders over €250.
European Union €25 - Free shipping for orders over €500.
Switzerland €25 - Free shipping for orders over €500.
United Kingdom €25 - Free shipping for orders over €1,000.
Asia €35 - Free shipping for orders over €1,000.
Africa €35 - Free shipping for orders over €1,000.
America €40 - Free shipping for orders over €1,000.
Oceania €40 - Free shipping for orders over €1,000.
Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties, which will be paid by the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times for products via DHL are as follows:

  • Italy | 24 - 48 hours
  • Islands | 48 - 72 hours
  • Other destinations | 48 - 72 hours

All orders are delivered by courier between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. A signature for receipt is required upon delivery.

ANCOTE is not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures and checks, or force majeure beyond ANCOTE's control.

Please note that the following days are holidays in Italy and the courier does not ship:

TRACEABILITY
When the order is handed over to the courier, customers receive a notification email from DHL with the tracking number. You can track your shipment status through this link by entering your tracking number in the "Track Your Shipment" section.

DELIVERY TERMS
Any delivery issues must be promptly reported to our Customer Service.

If the customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to ANCOTE will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, the package will be returned to ANCOTE at the customer's expense.

We recommend inspecting the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity delivered corresponds to the order and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
